AppSulivo is an independent AI app and AI tool discovery platform available to users worldwide.
References to “AppSulivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of the AppSulivo platform.
AppSulivo publishes informational pages about mobile and software applications. Pages may include descriptions, categories, screenshots, feature notes, version information, and links that point to official stores or other third-party destinations.
The Services are informational. We do not sell AppSulivo user accounts, paid AppSulivo subscriptions, or in-app billing through AppSulivo unless a specific paid feature is clearly offered in writing on the site.
We may update, reorganize, or remove listings and pages at any time. Availability of the site is not guaranteed without interruption. Search results, category pages, and related navigation are provided as convenience tools and may change as the catalog changes.
Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell software through AppSulivo itself, unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product we operate. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or CDN issues may affect access without advance notice.
The Services are intended for a general audience. You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian where required by law.
The Services are not directed at children under 18 as a primary audience.
AppSulivo does not currently offer public user account registration, usernames, or passwords on the website. You are not required to create an account to browse listings.
If account features are added later, additional terms will be posted before those features are offered.

We may limit access, remove content, or take other reasonable steps if we believe these rules are being violated, to the extent permitted by law.
AppSulivo does not host installation files (such as APK or IPA packages) on AppSulivo servers. Where a page shows a download or store button, that control typically opens a third-party URL (for example an official app store or another external destination) configured for that listing.
Third-party destinations are outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing the destination site, permissions, and safety of any software you choose to install. See also our Disclaimer.
If a link appears broken, outdated, or suspicious, contact us and we will review the listing. Reporting a problem does not guarantee an immediate change, but we take safety and accuracy reports seriously.
Listings may include trademarks, screenshots, descriptions, and other materials that belong to third-party developers or publishers. Their appearance on AppSulivo does not mean we own those rights or that we are endorsed by those parties unless we expressly say so.
External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, policies, or practices.
You should not assume that information copied or summarized from third-party sources remains accurate after publication. Always check the source when a decision matters.
Original AppSulivo branding, layout, and original written materials we create are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their owners.
Rights complaints and removal requests are handled under our Content Removal and Intellectual Property Policy.
You may not use AppSulivo’s name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our prior written permission.
AppSulivo may offer paid or sponsored placements, featured listings, or similar promotions from time to time. When a listing or placement is paid or sponsored, we intend to label it clearly (for example as “Sponsored” or “Featured”).

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free, or that third-party downloads are safe or suitable for you. Additional detail is in the Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppSulivo and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any listing or third-party link.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) INR 1,000 or (b) the amount you paid to AppSulivo for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppSulivo and its operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a change is material, we may also highlight it on the site when practical. The posted version is the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We do not require arbitration or class-action waivers in these Terms.
